Programming Languages:
This course provides students with an introduction to different programming languages and programming techniques using lectures, demonstrations, and labs. The course is designed for students who already have some programming experience. Extensive lab exercises throughout the course provide opportunities to gain practical experience. Topics include: types, variables, and operators; methods; conditionals; loops; classes and objects; packages; interfaces; inheritance; exceptions; and file I/O. May be repeated twice for credit if different platforms are being covered.
