You can accept your offer of admission by following the link in your letter of admission.
Please note: You have been accepted for the academic plan and the semester indicated in your acceptance message. You have been admitted for a particular semester and only for that semester.
Your acceptance letter contains your NetID, a unique alphanumeric code assigned to you by NYU; i.e., xyz123. Your NetID is different from your University ID number (an 8-digit number preceded by the letter N; for example, N12345678).
Your NetID provides access to authorized NYU online services and applications via desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices, including end user devices such as laptops. Your NetID is also used to create your default NYU email address (i.e. aqe123@nyu.edu).
University offices, including Admissions, Financial Aid, the Bursar, Housing, and Student Affairs, will communicate with you ONLY via your NYU Email account. It is imperative that you check your NYU Email account on a regular basis.
If you filed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), NYU's Office of Financial Aid (OFA) will notify you when your offer is ready for viewing. Financial aid cannot be accessed by you until the notice from the OFA has been received and you have accepted the terms. Your financial aid offer will come with step-by-step instructions about how to proceed.
Attention International Students:
International students are not eligible for federal financial assistance. International students are encouraged to learn about private and alternative loans.
As noted on your acceptance message, the tuition deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your first term's tuition when you enroll. Your acceptance is only final once we receive your non-refundable deposit. The preferred methods of payment are credit card or electronic check.
If those options are not available to you, you may mail your tuition check or money order by your deposit deadline payable to New York University at the following address:
NYU BURSAR OFFICE
383 Lafayette St
New York, NY 10003
ATTN: Tuition Deposit
The check or money order must be in US funds only; be sure to include your University ID number and Enrollment Term in the memo section.
