On Friday, February 23rd, the Center for Global Affairs (CGA) Initiative for the Study of Emerging Threats (ISET) commenced its 9th Annual International Strategic Negotiation Exercise centered on the South China Sea, in collaboration with the US Army War College.
The International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise (ISCNE) is a two-day modified version of the War College’s International Fellows Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise, and is designed to expose a curated cohort of Master's Degree students to the processes and complexities inherent in the execution of international diplomacy and strategic-level negotiations. These negotiations encompass both international and intra-national dimensions, featuring global and regional implications. Invitations were extended to Masters and graduate students from selected International Affairs programs in the New York City area.
