Roseanna DeMaria is the Founder and Principal of The DeMaria Group. Ms. DeMaria's 20 plus years of business and management experience is broad based, from government to start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations. Roseanna's leadership skills and business results consistently achieved industry and Board recognition. She brings this rich body of knowledge and experience to her performance consulting practice to systematically transform organizations, teams and individuals. High Performance Transformation is her calling card.
Additionally, she is an Adjunct Professor for New York University School of Professional Studies' graduate programs in their Division of Programs in Business. Her courses include: Organizational Behavior, Managing In a Global Economy, Business Strategy and Ethics, and Managing Inclusion and Cultural Diversity. Her award winning teaching has been described as uniquely transformational. She specializes in participant centered learning and online learning. She is a member of the HBSP Strategic Advisory Board and serves on their think tank on the future of business education. Her additional board service includes technology start-ups and education-related nonprofits.
Previously Roseanna was First Vice President of Leadership & Performance at Merrill Lynch where she was responsible for global talent management, which included performance management, talent review, the Chief Learning Office, and succession planning. Prior to Merrill she was the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk for AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. Before joining corporate America Roseanna spent 13 years as a prosecutor. She was the Chief of Organized Crime Narcotics for the New York County District Attorney’s Office when she left public service.
