Erin N Bertocci

Prof. Bertocci has been a change management practitioner for over twenty years. In her 20+ years at Accenture, a global management consulting and professional services firm with 470K people serving clients in 120 countries. Her expertise is in communications, training and organizational design, as well as the requisite program management support, to assure the smooth rollout and implementation of complex systems and new strategies in large, geographically dispersed companies. Recently, Prof. Bertocci served as the global change management lead for the leadership and employee careers redesign at Accenture, and serves as a North American sales enablement lead for communications, media and high tech client teams. Prof. Bertocci has taught at NYU for more than a decade, including courses in: Applications in Organizational Development: Trends, Tools & Techniques; Rapid Change & the Entrepreneurial Organization; Communications for the HR Professional; Organizational Assessment & Analysis; Resizing the Organization; and Managing Complex Change.
