Mark Meltzer joined The Segal Company’s New York office in 1977. Mr. Meltzer worked with major U.S. and international corporate clients on executive compensation and non-qualified retirement programs and served as national practice leader for the company’s executive compensation practice.  Mr. Meltzer has spoken at conferences sponsored by World at Work, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, The Conference Board and many other organizations. Mr. Meltzer was a contributing editor to the Officer Compensation Report, a study of the compensation practices at small to mid-size companies. 

In 2007, Mr. Meltzer retired from the Segal Company to pursue a full-time career in social work. Mr. Meltzer has focused on the well-being of the elderly in Nassau County.

Mr. Meltzer has been an  Adjunct Professor at NYU University since 2008, He has taught courses in the Masters program in Human Resource Management.

Education/Professional Designations – Mr. Meltzer holds a BS in economics from Fordham University and Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University. Mr. Meltzer is a NY State Licensed Social Worker and a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Administrator.
