Todd S Cherches

Todd Cherches is a three-time award-winning Adjunct Associate Professor at the NYU School of Professional Studies, in the Division of Programs in Business where he has been teaching his popular “Leadership and Team Building” graduate course in the Human Capital Management master’s program since 2011. Todd is also the CEO & Co-Founder of BigBlueGumball, a NYC-based, management & leadership consulting, training, and executive coaching firm. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor of leadership at Columbia University; a TEDx speaker; a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s “MG 100 Coaches”; and the author of the groundbreaking book, VisuaLeadership: Leveraging the Power of Visual Thinking in Leadership and in Life (Post Hill Press/Simon & Schuster, 2020). Nominated by Thinkers50 as one of eight global finalists for their 2021 “Distinguished Achievement Award” for Leadership, Todd is also ranked by Thinkers360 and the PowerList 200 as one of the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers in the fields of Leadership, Management, and Design Thinking.
