Nona Footz

Nona Footz has been in the executive and board recruiting industry for 21 years. She has worked with a variety of organizations in recruiting executive-level talent as well as leading talent assessment projects for succession planning in the C-Suite and in boardrooms. Nona is a frequent speaker on the topics of women in leadership, career development and boardroom readiness.

Previous to joining Coulter Partners, Ms. Footz was a Managing Partner at RSR Partners leading the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice.  Prior, she was with Korn/Ferry International in New York, Princeton and Chicago and was a member of the Global Human Resources and the Life Sciences Practices.  She was responsible for directing large, executive-level search and executive development engagements.  Ms. Footz joined Korn/Ferry from a global human capital consulting firm, as the Vice President of Business Development, based in New York City and Chicago.  Her experience included selling and delivering projects in executive assessment and selection, leadership development, learning and organizational effectiveness.

Ms. Footz’s previous roles were at Xerox Corporation in Sales, Marketing and General Management in Canada, Bermuda, across Latin America and the U.S.  Ms. Footz holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary and a Master’s degree in leadership and strategic management from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York.
