Simon Bradley is a senior marketing leader with over 25 years of client-side experience across North America, Europe, and Latin America. He currently heads his own consultancy, specializing in integrated strategy and planning, marketing execution, and building high-performing marketing organizations. Simon partners with clients across diverse industries, including travel, entertainment, professional services, finance, non-profits, and publishing.

Previously, Simon served as Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Consumer Engagement at The Madison Square Garden Company, where he managed iconic brands such as the New York Knicks, the New York Rangers, and the Radio City Rockettes. He played a key role in revitalizing brand strategy, optimizing marketing processes, and spearheading omni-channel campaigns that expanded brand reach and consumer engagement.

Before that, Simon held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Virgin Atlantic Airways, overseeing all marketing operations in North America. During his five-year tenure, he was responsible for developing brand strategies, executing campaigns, and managing digital and CRM efforts. He also led the launch of new products and routes in the US and Canada, driving multiple award-winning integrated campaigns.

Earlier in his career, Simon held senior roles at VisitBritain, the national tourism agency responsible for promoting Britain as a travel destination for both leisure and business. He led multinational teams across key markets, including the UK, USA, Canada, Scandinavia, Brazil, and Mexico.

In addition to his consultancy work, Simon is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, where he teaches graduate-level courses in Trends in Travel and Tourism, Digital Marketing, and Integrated Marketing. He also serves as a facilitator for the Association of National Advertisers, where he develops and delivers workshops on Brand Activation, Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution, and Brand Management.

Born and educated in the UK, Simon holds a degree in History from Bristol University and postgraduate diplomas in Tourism Management and Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
