Dr. Townsend has over 25 years of experience in management education and practice.  Dr. Townsend is an experienced educator and author in the field of management. As President of his own management consulting firm, Dr. Townsend has been a program and project manager for over thirty efforts in both the public and private sectors.  This has included direct supervision of contract and client personnel, staffing, setting and meeting goals, as well as resource allocation for efforts in excess of $800 million with hundreds of staff members
