Mr. Higgins is an investment management professional with experience gained through multiple market cycles. His track record spans a full spectrum of real estate-related equity and debt investments as well as experience in real assets and private credit, for which he has served on numerous investment Advisory Committees. He has particular expertise in building investment teams, developing investment strategy, executing timely investments, and constructing diversified portfolios. He is also a go-to resource for restructuring portfolios to meet changing investment goals, corporate reorganization to enhance an organization's capabilities, and asset workout to recover value. He is committed to shaping the future of the industry through serving on the Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers Business School and teaching on the Adjunct Faculties at New York University and Rutgers as well as for NCREIF Academy. He has developed or adapted various courses at the graduate, undergraduate and professional education levels. Mr. Higgins is a member of Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and CFA Society New York. He regularly speaks at industry conferences and forums to share his perspective on current investment management issues and industry trends.
