Christyl Lucille Murray (CLM) is a Human Resources Executive with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Christyl Lucille has expertise Leveraging “Human Capital” to facilitate change management and strategically improve business results, with distinguished accomplishments in employee engagement, talent development, communication, coaching and management consulting. In furtherance of our Wealth Management Inclusion Strategy, CLM has designed and delivered Knowledge at Work -a monthly professional development & business strategy discussion.
CLM spearheaded the ONE Officers Initiative – a cross line of business representation strategy and has successfully driven program impact by aligning the D&I vision and strategic plan to corporate objectives, ensuring coordination and consistency across business segments, while also accommodating specific workforce, culture and geographical considerations. Christyl Lucille is an adjunct professor in Leadership and Human Capital Management at New York University (NYU.) She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley, and a combined M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute and an M.B.A. from The Wharton Business School, both at the University of Pennsylvania. Christyl believes in continuous learning and recently completed an Executive Education program at Yale entitled Fostering Inclusion and Diversity. Christyl resides in Bergen County New Jersey with her two daughters.
