Mark Misercola is an adjunct professor who teaches strategic communications, crisis communications, and leadership communications at NYU and Baruch College. He also teaches integrated marketing at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. Mark currently works as a communications consultant specializing in organizational transformation communication. His clients include the U.S. House of Representatives, the New York City Employees’ Retirement System, Chicago Public Schools, and BlackRock. Before becoming a consultant, he served in senior communications roles at PepsiCo, IBM, Deutsche Bank, Avon, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pfizer, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, NYU Langone Health, and Nuveen. He holds a master’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
