Dina Shapiro is CEO and Founder of Yorkville Consulting, a WBENC certified woman-owned business since 2013, which has won over 35 industry awards. She is a Change Management and Marketing Author, Consultant, and Speaker.
Dina creates change management plans and marketing training workshops for Fortune 500 clients. Her book, Change Management for Marketers: Internal Transformations Made Easy (January, 2025) is for marketers in need of change management for transformations. Previously, Dina was a senior client-side marketer for Fortune 125 companies Citibank and Alcoa, where she led marketing communications, brand strategy, change management, and training. Before that, she was an ad agency executive at BBDO and J. Walter Thompson (now VML), where she led strategy and campaign development for iconic brands such as MasterCard, Kleenex, Campbell’s Soup, Weight Watchers, Lubriderm, and Excedrin, which won multiple awards including three Gold Effies and a Cannes Lion. She has six published courses on LinkedIn Learning, with several language translations, that have been viewed, liked, and shared by hundreds of thousands of people globally.
