Dr. Farahvash is an adjunct instructor in Division of Programs in Business - Integrated Marketing & Communications, teaching Statistical Analysis course. His main academic interests are in the area of applied statistics, corporate finance and quantitative modeling. In his professional capacity, Dr. Farahvash is the Vice President of ALM and Modeling in American Express company, focusing on areas of asset-liability management, market risk and deposit modeling. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2007 with a Ph.D. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a M.S. degree in Statistics.
