Peter J Morales

Dr Morales is currently Senior Vice President, Technology and Innovation for Country Bank in Ware Massachusetts. Past roles include Vice President, CIO/CISO at CIEE,  NYU leading a global architecture initiative for peer to peer social collaborative platforms. I led a partnership with NASA Langley (resulting in a Space Act Agreement).  Prior to NYU, I worked in the financial services industry leading technology projects for the American and New York Stock Exchanges (NYSE). I assembled and led a team in the development of a high performance - low latency complete re-write of the Options Market Data plant; Developed an experimental diagnostic system for a Pediatric Neurologist at North Shore University Hospital capturing digital Cognitive Evoked Potentials.  I started my career in the Defense world developing Navy Avionics diagnostic and information management systems for various platforms including the F18. I hold a Doctorate in Computer Science and Information Systems, a MS in the Management of Technology and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
