Jenny Fernandez is a Leadership and Organizational Coach and Professor at Columbia and New York Universities. Her mission is to partner with organizations, senior leaders, and their teams to enhance leadership effectiveness, instill accountability, and boost business delivery through increased collaboration, innovative thinking, and skill development. She leverages diverse evidence-based practices and adult learning insights to craft fit-for-purpose programs tailored to address critical problems, challenges, and opportunities.

She focuses on the individual, team, and system to develop adaptive capabilities, optimize collaboration, enhance communication, and empower each stakeholder to flourish, contributing to sustainable growth and success. Jenny partners with senior leaders to drive transformational change and organizational competence to improve engagement, manage a remote/hybrid work culture, and navigate a multi- generational environment.

Former Chief Marketing Officer and senior executive of Global and Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft Foods, Mondelez International, and Accenture. Jenny’s professional journey brings together an understanding of the skills needed to run and grow fast-moving large and medium-sized businesses and scaling startups. She has decades of industry experience leading, launching, and growing businesses and organizations. Her expertise includes strategic partnerships, team building, people development, commercialization, and a commitment to coach future leaders to grow their companies. Her global experience spans North America and Asia Pacific (Expat) and coaching in NA, LA, EU, Asia, and Africa. Jenny is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Jenny is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, Certified Columbia Business School Executive Education and Teachers’ College Executive, and Organizational Coach. She is working towards ICF PCC Certification (Fall 2024). Jenny is dedicated to adult learning and development as a faculty member at Columbia and New York Universities. She has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Applied Mathematics) and a Bachelor of Science (Operations Research) from Columbia University. Jenny is pursuing a Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC (Graduation date expected Spring 2027).
