Responsible for and managing the IT components for regulatory compliance in Sarbanes Oxley, State Auditors, External Auditors, 3rd Party Audits (on behalf of the company and for the company) and maintaining PCI compliance across multiple business units and accounts. Expertise in project and program management (Global Y2K remediation and more), IT governance, disaster recovery, networking, regulatory compliance, and software development life cycle (SDLC) management. Adept at building and leading top-performing teams, coordinating international departments, and producing solutions to complex technical issues.
As an adjunct professor teaching information/cyber security, and the management of security.
As an industry adviser, provide consulting to individuals and organizations as they implement and expand their information security, compliance and governance programs.
