Jason Levine

Jason Levine’s  background includes working with Owners on the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion. As an Estimator, I am able to develop the most efficient, financially viable project for a client. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of contract terms, schedule, and the Owners Program requirements. Furthermore, my field experience on sophisticated, fast-paced projects has taught me to mitigate risk by continually monitoring processes and implementing controls to maintain budget and avoid claims. Jason also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at New York University in the Schack Institute of Real Estate.
