Roger is a partner at Newman Ferrara LLP, a boutique New York City real estate law firm. He practices in the firm's Complex Litigation Group, focused primarily on real estate litigation and landlord/tenant matters. 

Roger obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis. While in law school, Roger was an editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Public Policy, and President of the Federalist Society. He earned his undergraduate degree in history from Arizona State University.

Prior to moving to New York, Roger practiced in St. Louis, Missouri, where he represented small and mid-sized businesses in state court litigation.

Apart from maintaining an active practice, Roger is also an amateur historian. He is working on his first book, a biography of Thurlow Weed, a prominent 19th Century politician who worked as Abraham Lincoln's campaign advisor.

Roger is admitted to practice law in New York and Missouri.
