Gina Lepore is an experienced PMP and PCC business coach and consultant working with executives from startups to the fortune 500. Gina’s coaching practice focuses on life design for professionals through a process of connecting with your own true north (Stella Polaris). She is passionate about helping her clients to claim their strengths and love their weaknesses to claim their path. “When we embody our authentic selves, we free ourselves and others from a life of quiet desperation.” Gina started her career in technology as a coder and work through a number of roles delivering technology and then transitioning to program management and product marketing management; she continued to work for tech companies and tech departments of large firms providing transformation solutions. today she works with tech startups to help them grow and scale using agile principles and continuous improvement strategies.

Gina collaborates with Fortune 500 companies, creative businesses, and social impact organizations to establish parity in the workplace; some past and present clients include Pinterest, Casper, Unisys, Pacific College of Health and Science, EmpirxHealth, Prudential, AFLAC, PGIM, Bridgewater Associates, Behavioral Insights Team, Priceline, and Microsoft. In addition to frequent travel around the globe, Gina loves all things chocolate and spicy and is a sports car aficionado having owned some fun cars including drive including the 911 Porsche and BMW M5.
