Daniel Davidson is Managing Principal at Davidson Advisory that focuses on helping clients identify and execute opportunities for profitable growth, innovation, integration, and operational transformation in their projects related to M&A integration. He plans strategy and executes it to reality. Mr. Davidson is an Adjunct Professor of Operations Management & Project Management at New York University in their Business and Technology Management programs Daniel has also been an Executive Advisor of Cornell Tech’s Runways and Sarona Partners startup accelerators and student programs.

Mr. Davidson brings nearly 20 years of leadership, consulting and technology experience to the firm specializing in scaling growth companies, business transformation, planning & analysis, and program management. Some of his notable assignments include: building North America revenue and operating models for a recycling equipment & services firm, interim COO of a PFM Fintech startup, managing the consolidation of 1000’s of agencies to three vendor holding companies and leading the transition the global branded generics marketing portfolio for a Fortune 100 global Pharma, for over $100MM in initial savings, serving as interim Chief of Staff to a charter school system’s CIO office through an expansion from 9 schools to a planned 40 schools, heading the analysis for the initial prototype design efforts for an award winning digital literacy tool, and establishing digital marketing best practices globally for a Fortune 100 Pharma.

Previously, Mr. Davidson was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Management in Citibank’s Global Digital Office. Previously, he held management positions in corporate strategy, enterprise project management, and business transformation at MetLife, planning & analysis at Thermo Fisher Scientific, information management and project management at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and business analysis at American Management Systems. Mr. Davidson received a bachelor's degree in operations research & industrial engineering, with honors, from Cornell University and a masters in business administration from Columbia University. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and has studied Systems Dynamics and Business Strategy in IT at the Sloan School of Business at MIT.
