Betty Johnson has 30 years’ experience in leadership and change consulting,
facilitation, and executive coaching. She helps leaders recognize behavior-goal
misalignments that impede success and bridge the difference to get the results they
want.
Her expertise includes career advancement, change readiness, communication skills,
conflict and problem resolution, diversity equity & inclusion, high-performance teams,
participatory management and employee empowerment, relationship-building
strategies, and resiliency. Her publications include the 2021 book, Making Virtual Work:
How to Build Performance and Relationships.
Betty serves clients across international footprints. Industries she has worked with include energy, financial services, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, professional
services, retail, and transportation.
Her career includes corporate leadership positions at various international performance improvement organizations. Her post-doctorate work continues to focus on everyday
leadership practices that transform individual, team, and organizational performance
and wellbeing.
