Nicolette R. Sinatra is an adjunct professor teaching Real Estate Law at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. A practicing attorney with over 25 years of experience, she is currently Vice President of business development for First Nationwide/AmTrust Title Insurance Company. Ms. Sinatra previously served as the Associate General Counsel for a New York based real estate development company and was involved in all legal aspects of owner/developer responsibilities related to acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, leasing and property management issues. She previously served as an attorney for Alston & Bird LLP, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending, and Pryor Cashman LLP.
Ms. Sinatra began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s office. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and international business from New York University.
