Cornelia C Sittel

After completing her Masters in Translation from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg (Germany), and then pursuing a doctorate in English and Romance Philology, Cornelia worked for over a decade in international software development before building and leading the localization at Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Holding several patents for innovative solutions to website and software localization, Cornelia’s main interests are internationalization engineering, ecommerce globalization, as well as continuous localization and automated quality assurance. Being a native speaker of German, Cornelia is also fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch and has also learned Latin and Japanese. She splits her time between Boston and Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where she enjoys many sports, long beach walks with her dog and serves in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.
