Eric is an enthusiastic and mission-driven marketer with a passion for teaching. As a professor of marketing at NYU’s School of Professional Studies, Eric shares insights about buyer behavior, the importance of creating a delightful customer experience, and how to build trust in a crowded, digital world. His integrated marketing students have called him “caring and inspiring,” and “funny and sincere."

Eric has a master’s in marketing from Johns Hopkins University and has spent over 15 years building a well-rounded marketing background, spanning both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. He has honed his diverse skills working in-house for national non-profit associations in Washington, DC; along with client-facing coaching, helping to transform small and mid-size businesses across the country.

Along with his work in the classroom and professional marketing experience, Eric is also a dynamic leadership coach, dedicated to fostering individual and organizational growth. By assisting organizations in defining and embodying their values and purpose, he cultivates a culture of authenticity and accountability. Through tailored workshops, goal setting initiatives, and personalized coaching sessions, Eric equips managers with the tools and insights necessary to evolve into exceptional leaders.

Eric's purpose is to help marketers build trust with their customers - and help companies build trust with their employees.
