Christian Fleming is an Adjunct Instructor at New York University’s Center for Global Affairs where he teaches a course on Cyber Law. Christian is a partner with Jabin & Fleming, LLC, where he has been in private practice since 2001. He serves a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association, and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a criminal trial attorney. He is also a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve, currently assigned to the Defense Institute of International Studies as a senior military instructor where he specializes in the international law of cyber operations. Previous tours include as the commanding officer of the reserve units that support the Naval War College’s Stockton Center for International Legal Studies and the Naval Justice School.Chris received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. He is an applied research fellow at Boston College’s Woods College of Advancing Studies.
