James Biolos has spent his career helping leaders and organizations be more innovative. Jim currently serves as President of Faryl Robin Footwear, where he has helped the founder develop and implement an effective growth strategy...achieving a 20% CAGR over the past 20 years. He also teaches a course on Global Soucing & Supply Chain at the Global Fashion Management graduate program at FIT and a course on Business Strategy & Ethics at NYC.

Previously, at Harvard Business School Publishing, Jim led the successful launch of the company's subscription newsletter division. He also worked with Samuel Bacharach, McKelvey-Grant Professor at Cornell University, to develop a series of online courses and two management books that focused on Professor Bacharach’s organization leadership course. He has published several articles on innovation and has co-authored a book on design thinking with Dr. Tom Guarriello. Jim serves as a liaison with the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the U.S. Library of Congress, on behalf of a Japanese art and cultural education organization.

Jim received his MBA from the International University of Japan, a joint venture program with Dartmouth’s Tuck School, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
