Diane is the Vice President of Brand Growth Intelligence, Luxury at The Estee Lauder Companies, leading global insights and analytics for La Mer, Bobbi Brown, TOM FORD BEAUTY and Darphin. She designs transformative strategies for best-in-class hero product innovation, digital advertising, social media, eCommerce and retail to drive brand growth and market share across ELC’s luxury portfolio. Diane’s “Consumer First” innovative research approach to the study of what luxury consumers do, say and feel uncovers breakthrough insights to identify opportunities, inspiring creativity to win.
Prior to joining ELC, Diane led strategy and insights at PepsiCo. Diane holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BA in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is an adjunct professor teaching Statistical Measurements, Analysis & Research at the New York University School of Professional Studies.
