Professor Alamdari teaches the Agile Project Management and Principles of Project Management courses at NYU School of Professional Studies.


As the Salesforce Engagement Delivery Manager since February 2021, Matin has overseen the leadership of many development teams, in a specific case propelling a remarkable 600% improvement in feature delivery within a mere four months. Beyond project management prowess, Matin is adept at client engagement, diligently managing expectations, mitigating risks, and facilitating decision-making using data.

During their tenure at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant specializing in Agile Transformation Coaching (from June 2018 to June 2020), Matin orchestrated the delivery of multiple concurrent Salesforce projects to top-tier global Banking and Financial firms. Their expert consultation facilitated the infusion of new capabilities into these organizations using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a range of agile frameworks.

Choice Logistics benefited from Matin's Technical Project Management skills, where they spearheaded the transition from Legacy Systems to advanced Cloud Architecture without disrupting ongoing operations. Overseeing cross-functional collaborations across 76 projects, Matin demonstrated prowess in project supervision and coordination, all while instituting an Agile transformation that led to enhanced team collaboration and reduced production bugs.
