Nivia N Evans

Nivia Evans joined Saga Press in 2023, where she gets to indulge her lifelong obsession with science fiction and fantasy. She began her publishing career at The Overlook Press and later worked at Orbit Books for seven years, where she edited a range of standout authors including New York Times bestselling author Alix E. Harrow, World Fantasy Award winner Fonda Lee, H. G. Parry, Suyi Davies Okungbowa, and Louisa Morgan. Nivia is a two-time Hugo Award nominee for Best Editor and was named Publishers Weekly’s Star Watch “Superstar” in 2020. She is a graduate of Adelphi University.
