Christopher Gulotta is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. Prior to joining the Faculty at Schack, Christopher founded The Gulotta Grabiner Law Group, PLLC and Real Estate Data Shield, Inc. From 2018 to 2023 he served as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s Graduate Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Gulotta is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), having successfully completed the International Association of Privacy Professional’s course and certification examination.

Mr. Gulotta is a graduate of both Fordham University, CLC (’82 Cum Laude) and Fordham Law School (‘88). He has served as a Continuing Legal Education Faculty member at Fordham Law School, Pace Law School, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Gulotta has represented institutional lenders and individual clients in Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions for over 30 years. He has served as a member of ALTA’s Best Practices Task Force, working with industry leaders to develop timely and prospective regulatory solutions for title and settlement agents as a member of both “Lender” and “Settlement Agent” workgroups.
