Ravikanth Pamidimukkala

Ravi Pamidimukkala brings over 12 years of industry experience with a focus in real estate acquisitions, distressed/opportunistic investments, real estate joint venture, and deal structuring strategies. He has been involved in sourcing, deal structuring and management of real estate worth over $3 billion, spanning from multifamily value-add acquisitions, ground-up development, high-street retail investments to joint venture/structured transactions. 

He currently serves as the Vice President for Rieder Holdings (Eagle Arc Partners), a New York City based Family office, with a focus on distressed/opportunistic investments, ground-up development, and multifamily acquisitions. Prior to his current role, Ravi was an investment professional at RedSky Capital, a New York City based real estate investment management firm, where he was involved in the management of the firm’s high-street retail portfolio and mixed-use residential development projects in Brooklyn and Miami. 

Prior to his career in Real Estate Finance, Ravi worked at Broadway Malyan as an architect focusing on development projects in Southeast Asia and India. Ravi earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Master of Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.
