Marisa Cohen (Editing Creative Content) is an award-winning magazine writer with three decades of experience, having covered everything from toilet-training toddlers to the Tony Awards, from the best vegan hot dogs to the latest research on Alzheimer's disease, presenting information in a warm, friendly, witty voice that gives the reader what they need to make their lives healthier, less stressful, or more enjoyable. As an editor, Marisa works with writers to achieve those same goals. After an early career learning the ropes from the best in the business at magazines including Seventeen, ELLE, and Glamour, she launched a lengthy and diverse freelance career. Currently Marisa is Deputy Editor in the Hearst Health Newsroom, where she writes and edits print and digital features for Prevention, Good Housekeeping, and Woman's Day. She earned her BA from Wesleyan University.
