He has also held leadership positions in lifestyle brands, including Senior Vice President of Global Innovation at Design Hotels, a Marriott brand, and Chief Development Officer at Proper Hospitality.

Schreyer's work is driven by a commitment to fostering growth, mentoring global teams, and creating innovative revenue models, such as retail, experience design, and membership programs for lifestyle brands. His strategic approach emphasizes the integration of human-centered design and digital platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.

As the co-founder and chairman of the META Foundation, a visionary strategy & innovation lab established in 2020, he accelerates global projects in cultural, social, and sustainable development.
