Rogel Nuguid has extensive 30 years professional experience in international relations, international cooperation, diplomacy, intergovernmental coordination, institutional partnerships, operations management, global events management, grant & fund management, strategic communication, organizational development, academic teaching and human resources management. He had worked for international organization (UN system), academia and private sector operations (telecommunications, broadcast media, theme parks). He has been exposed in managing complex issues relevant to diplomatic protocol, UN Member States engagement, donor relations as well as private sector in contribution to the 2030 Agenda through CEO Alliance and Network, public sector contribution through Cities Alliance, Think Tank Network, and other non-state actors. He had worked closely with network of institutional partners within and external to the UN system -including UN specialized agencies, funds and programmes, Bretton Woods Institutions, donor countries, private sector, regional development banks, regional economic commissions, IGOs/NGOs, multilateral organizations, international cooperation agencies across the globe.

Mr. Nuguid possesses 3 master’s degrees in Management (New Jersey Institute of Technology), Leadership and Administrative Science (Fairleigh Dickinson University) and Education Psychology (De La Salle University). He is currently pursuing PhD studies in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy. Currently, he teaches courses in Global Issues, Intercultural Communication, Cross Cultural Perspectives, Innovation, Strategy and Corporate Sustainability, Managerial Competence, International Business, Organizational Communication, Managing Change, Business Ethics and Principles of Management. He had been invited to speak in various international forums and conferences about issues related to 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda, multilateral career in the UN system, diplomacy, human development, cultural awareness, mental health, and international cooperation. He had extensively travelled globally in more than 60 countries in 5 regions of the world and 32 US capitals.
