Charles Howe is an Adjunct Instructor at New York University in the Schack Institute of Real Estate. Charlie Howe is a Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for commercial investments and development. Since joining Brookfield in 2017, he has been closely involved with several of the firm’s signature developments including Manhattan West, Greenpoint Landing, and Bankside; along with numerous other significant projects worldwide.
Prior to joining Brookfield, Charlie spent three years with J.P. Morgan, where he helped originate and structure corporate and portfolio-level financings for the firm’s investment bank and commercial bank real estate clients.
Mr. Howe holds a B.A. in International Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College’s Arts & Sciences Honors Program.
