Helena Tse is a proven Marketing Executive and an adjust instructor for the NYU SPS Integrated Marketing Program. She has served as a Chief Marketing Officer for TIAA's Consumer Marketing division. At TIAA, a financial retirement investment firm, Helena led her marketing division through digital transformation. Prior to TIAA, Helena was on the executive team at Bonobos, a digitally native men’s apparel brand. Leading both the Marketing and e-Com divisions, the digitally native brand experienced triple digit growth. Helena’s extensive
marketing career also includes roles within global brands like Starbucks and Estée Lauder.  She spent her early career as an Investment Banking Analyst and Equity Research Analyst for Bank of America and Credit Suisse.


Helena received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her MBA from The
Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
