Bridget Esposito is a visionary creative leader with a proven track record of driving brand innovation and elevating brand identity. With a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of consumer behavior, Bridget is dedicated to crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and drive business growth.

As the Head of Creative for Brand at Prudential, Bridget oversees all aspects of creative strategy, design, and execution to ensure alignment with the company's brand vision and help to inspire individuals to take the actions necessary to create and protect their life’s work by saving for retirement, preparing for the unexpected, and managing their day-to-day finances.

With a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, Bridget inspires and empowers a team of talented creatives to push the boundaries of creativity and leverage the power of what people, process and technology can do. Under her leadership, Prudential has earned more than 50 awards for creative, design, and communication excellence. She has been honored with accolades such as being named “30 under 30 in marketing” and “40 under 40” in Advertising.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge of the power and impact of good design, Bridget has been an adjunct professor for the past 18 years teaching marketing, business, public relations and journalism students how to use the language of design to communicate with purpose. Bridget also finds joy as a storyteller and motivational speaker. She is a thought leader, specializing in the creative and marketing space, frequently speaking at industry events and contributing insights to publications on topics related to
branding, leadership, and AI in creativity.

Bridget holds a B.A. in Communications and Advertising from Seton Hall University. In addition, she earned her M.F.A. in Design from William Paterson University. She continues to pursue ongoing education and professional
