Amy Greenstein, EdD, is a distinguished leader in higher education enrollment management with a wealth of experience spanning several prestigious institutions. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean at NYU Silver School of Social Work, where she oversees the recruitment, admissions, and financial aid strategies to support the school's mission of developing compassionate and skilled social work professionals. Prior to her role at NYU Silver, Dr. Greenstein held key positions at Teachers College, Columbia University; Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY); Long Island University (LIU); Bank Street College of Education, and Columbia University School of Nursing, where she demonstrated a keen ability to enhance enrollment processes and improve student access to education.

Throughout her career, Dr. Greenstein has been instrumental in developing innovative enrollment forecasting and financial aid leveraging models that have significantly improved student recruitment and retention outcomes.
