Warren J Dodge

Warren Dodge is an independent Management Consultant specializing in Change Management and Human Capital challenges. Warren also serves as an Executive Coach to senior executives and small business CEOs. His clients have included PepsiCo, Educational Testing Service (ETS), Charter School Business Management, Environment Law Institute, Charter Technology Solutions, Sales Benchmark Index, and Ertyad (Saudi Arabia).

Previously, Warren was with Accenture for 29 years and was the Global Managing Partner responsible for Accenture’s Talent and Organization Performance practice for the Communications and High Technology Industry. This role covered the Accenture practice directed at maximizing the performance of people in the workplace including Talent Management, Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness and Change Management. Some of Warren’s clients included IBM, UPS, Verizon, AT&T, Rogers Communications, XM Satellite Radio, PepsiCo and Starwood Hotels.  

Warren has also been teaching at New York University since 1983. He is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Professional Studies teaching graduate level courses in Leadership and Human Capital. He was awarded Best Professor in 1993.
