Stephen Bialkowski is the founding partner at the Law Offices of Stephen Bialkowski, LLC a small boutique law firm concentrating on issues relating to construction, real estate, development and general business services.  Mr. Bialkowski has been practicing law for more than 34 years.  He is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review.  Following graduation, Mr. Bialkowski gained valuable experience at prominent New York and New Jersey law firms where he represented clients in leading cases across the country.  Using his unique construction background and skills garnered at preeminent law firms, Mr. Bialkowski has been able to grow a client base of large commercial contractors, developers, trade contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers and business men and women.  Mr. Bialkowski is a yearly recipient of the prestigious designation of Super Lawyer.  This honor is reserved for less than 5% of all practicing attorneys in a state.  Additionally, Mr. Bialkowski is a Fellow with the Construction Lawyers Society of America.  The CLSA an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the United States and internationally.

Apart from his duties as legal counsel, Mr. Bialkowski also serves as the General Counsel to the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey; he was a past arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association; and was Co-Secretary to the Construction and Public Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.  However, the most rewarding work he does is teaching.  As a member of the faculty at NYU for more than 25 years, Mr. Bialkowski teaches many construction related courses, including, Construction Law, Legal Principles and Practices for Construction Management Master's students and Construction Essentials for Real Estate Developers.  He is also a frequent guest lecturer on construction related issues for colleges, training associations and bar related organizations.
