Kevin Jenkins is an Attorney who specializes in Labor and Employment Law and has been practicing for over thirty years. His law practice has specialized in representing Unions, Organizations and Companies in the private and public sector. 
Kevin has practiced in Federal and State Court. In addition, he has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, (EEOC), New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). 

While representing clients in both State and Federal Court, Kevin has published cases' in Federal Court, the NLRB, and Arbitration Decisions. With respect to arbitration, Kevin has presented cases involving discipline, contract interpretations and interest arbitration. 
Mr. Jenkins has worked as a facilitator in Conflict Resolution between various Unions and Employers. 

Other responsibilities have included investigating charges of discrimination filed by employees and allegations of corruption filed by employees. He has represented "Whistleblowers against employers and Unions. He has been responsible for ensuring that respective Company's have been in compliance with Federal and State Regulations. In addition, he has been responsible for the implementation and enforcement of Corporate Ethics Policies and Code of Conduct. 

He is a member of the New York State and New Jersey State Bar Associations and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey District Court. 

During his thirty-year tenure, Kevin was Associate General Counsel for the New York State United Teachers and General Counsel for the Utility Workers Union of America, Local 1-2, AFL, CIO. He has also represented Consolidated Edison Company of New York, The New York City Transit Authority and Entergy. 

Mr. Jenkins has served on the faculty of New York University, Cornell, Manhattanville College, City University of NY, (CUNY) and SUNY-Empire State College. Kevin has taught and presented workshops, seminars, undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as diversity and inclusion, Sexual Harassment, Labor and Employment Law, arbitration, mediation and collective bargaining negotiations. 

In addition he presently teaches Corporate and Organizational Ethics at New York University. 
In the last ten years, Kevin has served as a Trustee on various Taft-Hartley Union Trust Funds including; the Utility Workers Union of America, (UWUA) "Power for America training trust", UWUA Health and Welfare Trust and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Vermont Yankee Development Committee Trust fund. 

Mr. Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Arts, (B.A.) in Political Science from Western Connecticut State University, a Master of Arts, (M.A.) from the New School for Social Research, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Master of Law (LL.M) from New York University. 

He has appeared on ABC as a Labor Law Specialist in the Deregulation of the Utility industry. Kevin is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Labor Law and was honored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for his voluntary representation of victims and families affected by the attacks of 911.
