The Challenge
Students will spend the semester developing a creative campaign that will help Ticketmaster build brand affinity in the face of public criticism, which is often due to sports and music fans' misconceptions about and/or frustrations with things like ticket surcharges and online pre-sales.
About the Organization
Ticketmaster is an American ticket sales and distribution company with operations in many countries around the world, connecting people to the music, sports, arts, theater, and family events they love. In 2010, Ticketmaster merged with Live Nation under the name Live Nation Entertainment.
