James and Marjorie Kuhn generously pledged $1 million to endow the James and Marjorie Kuhn Program to Foster Diversity in Real Estate. This $10,000 scholarship aims to increase the numbers of future real estate professionals who have a demonstrated commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the real estate profession. The scholarship is open to all interested students inclusive of all identities and backgrounds.
