JHSF is a leader in high income real estate in Brazil, having a significant presence in shopping malls, fashion retail, hospitality, real estate development, and other markets.  "JHSF is delighted to assist the NYU SPS Schack Institute in helping students pursue a career in real estate and help deliver a true global learning experience with new field intensives in South America,” said José Auriemo Neto, chairman of JHSF.  Candidates of any background, race, ethnicity, or national origin are eligible for this scholarship.  Those candidates with significant experience or interest in real estate development and finance in South America are particularly encouraged to apply for these graduate scholarships.  Recipients will be known as JHSF Scholars.
