JHSF is a leader in high income real estate in Brazil, having a significant presence in shopping malls, fashion retail, hospitality, real estate development, and other markets. Candidates with significant experience or interest in real estate development and finance in South America are particularly encouraged to apply for this scholarship. Candidates of any background, race, ethnicity, or national origin are eligible. 

Two or more scholarships will be awarded and the amount will be up to $15,000, awarded over two semesters. Recipients will be known as JHSF Scholars.
