The Michael J. Farrell Scholarship honors the memory of Michael J. Farrell, a licensed real estate broker with designations in the appraisal, brokerage, and management fields. Mr. Farrell served as director of asset management for TIAA-CREF Global Real Estate and an adjunct professor at the Institute. He was widely admired by his many students and firmly believed that scholarship opportunities should be available to further promote their education. The scholarship recipient is designated the Michael Farrell Scholar. The scholarship will go to a matriculated Master’s candidate who demonstrates academic excellence. A scholarship will be offered each spring and fall semester.
