Sue McNeilly

Sue McNeilly (she/her), Director at the Wasserman Center for Career Development at the School of Professional Studies, joined NYU SPS in 2018. After more than 12 years of experience in housing administration at three different institutions on the east coast, Sue found herself making a pivot to fulfill her passion of assisting students in their career management. As the Director, Sue leads the overall management and strategy for the Center providing career education and industry connections. Through creative programs, high-quality coaching, strong industry outreach and experiential learning opportunities, NYU SPS students and alumni develop the necessary skills and strategies to navigate successful careers.
Sue is deeply invested in ally and advocacy work for communities that have been historically underrepresented and infuses that commitment into her work at the Wasserman Center and School of Professional Studies. She currently serves on the SPS Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging and Equity Standing Committee and enjoys helping students examine how their salient identities intersect with their careers through coaching and programs. Specifically, Sue specializes in working with students navigating racial identity and gender identity (including transgender and gender non-conforming) in the workplace.
Sue earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Hofstra University. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Sue has found her home in New York and when she isn't at work, she is likely spending time with her family, watching her favorite sports teams - the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Yankees - or lifting weights at the gym.

Mason Bynes

Mason Bynes joined NYU SPS Wasserman Center as a Career Development Counselor in September 2023. With experience in career coaching, music, and arts/nonprofit advocacy, Mason works with students and alumni to curate their career journey and to achieve their career goals. She brings a holistic approach to advising, empowering students to be the designer of their own lives.
Mason is passionate about creating space for both personal and professional development in her coaching. She leads her advising with a spirit of curiosity, helping students to ask themselves the right questions in terms of their goals. Her additional pursuits as a performing artist and composer equips her with an eclectic background that informs her approach to coaching. She enjoys process and strategy building, helping students to develop the skills, application materials, personal brand, and mindset to achieve their desires. Since joining the SPS Wasserman team, Mason has enjoyed building community with student cohorts like Bridge and First Class through mentorship and workshops. She looks forward to assisting the SPS team in programming and events, employer engagement, and building strong relationships with students and alumni through coaching.
Prior to working at NYU, Mason served as Senior Career Services Advisor at Berklee College of Music. She continues her work as a composer and vocal artist for a variety of ensembles, performance organizations, and visual artists based in New York, Boston, and Los Angeles.
Diana DeCubellis

With a background in edtech, career coaching and management, Diana loves helping students and alumni attain employment and supporting colleagues in their professional development. As the lead strategist for career coaching at the Center, Diana provides tools and skills to the coaching team to promote an understanding of coaching models and industry trends. Under Diana’s leadership, coaches are well-equipped to guide students through all phases of their career lifecycle. Her management of coaching operations and related resources and programming ensures students receive up-to-date industry insights and have a keen awareness of the hiring landscape.
Diana believes strongly in the importance of mentorship and currently serves on the Dean’s Scholars Mentor Program committee, the committee for Here to Here/SPS sponsored pathway programs, and as a mentor on student scholar programs including Fulbright, First Class and DICP. Diana’s coaching passions include preparing students for the future of work and helping them explore careers in sustainability related roles.
She holds coaching certifications from CTI and the ICF and training from Stanford University’s Life Design Studio. Diana is also a fellow Violet and holds a BA from NYU/TSOA. In her free time her hobbies include travel, gardening, the arts and cooking.

Taty (she/her/hers) joined NYU in January 2024. Throughout her career, Taty has held positions at various institutions, including Ramapo College, The New School, Saint Peter's University, and Hudson County Community College. Her diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by students from different backgrounds and disciplines.
Taty is thrilled to be at NYU and is looking forward to leveraging her knowledge and resources to coach and empower students to make informed decisions and pursue their aspirations with confidence.
Nicole Isenhour

Nicole Isenhour is part-time career coach at the NYU SPS Wasserman Center for Career Development where she provides customized support to undergraduate and graduate students and alumni on their career development needs.
Nicole brings innovation, energy and strong ideas to students in order to help them advance in their career. Her specialties include helping students make better brand impressions. Nicole conducts 20+ tailored coaching sessions per week for a diverse population of undergraduate, graduate students and alumni on career assessment, negotiation of offers, ethical/professional conduct, informational interviewing, and resume/cover letter writing and branding. She has designed and delivered effective workshops on topics including but not limited to; networking strategies, leveraging social media in the job search, resume building, interviewing skills and marketing your degree.
Prior to her current coaching role, Nicole gained experience at several premier institutions, most notably as Manager of Employer Relations at the New York University Wasserman Center for Career Development. She has also worked successfully in the Marketing and Advertising world in both New York City and Boston.
She holds a Bachelors from Syracuse University in Communications and a Masters from Northeastern University in College Student Development and Counseling and is currently obtaining her ICF certification training.

Hailey Boehm

Hailey joined NYU SPS Wasserman Center as an Employer Engagement and Assessment Administrator in Fall of 2023. Hailey works to cultivate and enhance employer relationships, as well as assist in data analysis and marketing initiatives, to ensure SPS students and alumni are prepared to achieve their professional goals. Hailey is passionate about providing students with valuable learning and networking opportunities to explore their career interests. Her previous work experience at UCLA, a grant writing firm, and a recruitment agency have cultivated her desire to enhance the student career development experience and help students forge fruitful relationships with industry professionals. Hailey holds a B.S. in Human Biology and Society from the University of California, Los Angeles. In her free time, Hailey likes to explore new restaurants and coffee shops in the city.
Sandy DeShong

Sandy DeShong joined the SPS Wasserman Center for Career Development in 2022, in a newly developed role that oversees cultivating and enhancing relationships with employers that result in career opportunities for NYU SPS students and alumni, as well as assisting in data analysis and marketing initiatives.
After extensive experience in the private sector (ESPN, Scholastic, National Basketball Association, American Express), Sandy transitioned her career to work in the field of workforce development, mainly employer partnerships & engagement. While at the Mayor’s Office of Youth Employment, Sandy worked to expand and improve opportunities for young adults to gain work experiences, add skills, and explore potential career interests and prepare for success in the world of work.
This was an intentional pivot for Sandy, during her career Sandy has been a passionate advocate of providing access and opportunity to young adults and after her work in the private sector, wanted to turn that passion into identifying and working with employers to engage talent in ways that match their capacity and interests. Sandy’s experience in the corporate world has well positioned her to work as a conduit in career development and education and provide support to all programs at NYU SPS.
She holds a BA in Education from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and a MBA (Masters of Business Administrator) from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. She is a sports enthusiast and in her free time she enjoys spending time with family, running, and pilates.
Angelina Gamradt

Angelina is the Administrative Aide at the Wasserman Center for Career Development at the School of Professional Studies. Angelina provides support to both students and employers looking to partner with the SPS Wasserman Center and manages the reception area and the Center’s student-worker staff. Prior to joining SPS Wasserman in March 2021, Angelina worked at the English Language Institute at NYU SPS. She earned her B.A. in Film Studies from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and her M.A. in Higher Education Administration at NYU. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching documentaries, learning to play cello and playing with her two dogs.
