Join the MS in Professional Writing (MSPW) event for this online faculty-led talk exploring the critical importance of social media literacy and the ethical responsibility of content creators. Guided by Simon Mullin, adjunct instructor, this conversation will examine how lacking social media literacy can lead to the spread of misinformation, foreign influence, and fake news. This talk then highlights the role creators play in fostering a responsible, informed digital space.
