Schack Institute of Real Estate
REISA - Schack Tank: Investor Insights

Groups of 1-4 Schack MSRE/MSRED students are invited to find a deal, prepare a presentation, and pitch their project to a panel of 4 experienced real estate investors who actively invest in small-to-medium-sized projects.

**Submission deadline is Friday, 1/31/2025 at 11:59pm**

  • DATE: Thurs, Feb 27th
  • TIME: 5:30-7pm
  • LOCATION: Midtown Campus (Room TBD)

Following each 10-minute presentation, the panel will ask questions and then provide feedback on the presentation, slides, and strength of the project.

Schack students will be invited to attend as audience members. The event is intended to provide hands-on practice in developing and pitching real estate deals in a live setting. A networking reception will follow.

At the end of the evening, the panelists will vote on the best pitch, and the coveted Schack Tank Trophy will be awarded.

Notes:

  1. Deals must be real potential projects or executable strategies.
  2. The pitch should be something the presenting team could conceivably execute in real life, given their experience and capability.
